ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF AGENCY - JAKARTA
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- To assist, motivate agents and maximize the peformance to achieve Agency target
- To ensure effective communication within and between sales team, regular briefing to sales staff on operational requirements and business development
- To assist agents and agency leaders and create a team base environment that stimulate high levels of individual performance and high level of integrity
- To assist training for Agency Leaders in Agent when necessary
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Presentation & Negotiation skill.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Assistant Director of Agency or similiar
- Preferably experience in Channel Distribution & Sales Management in a managerial role
- Trainer or Facilitator's background would be an advantage
