Bancassurance Business Trainer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver training module, to modify training material and monitor the market trends for training purposes.
  • To provide training and development monthly reports.
  • To implement training and development activities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Age 25 – 35 years old
  • Have good knowledge about Training Need Analysis and Training Management.
  • Excellence communication in English (oral & written).
  • Have passion to teach.
  • Dynamic, creative and people oriented.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in delivering training ( Insurance Trainer )
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
